Established clinic has a Mon to Fri, 8a - 5p (FT, 40 hours/week) opening to start ASAP for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Office Medical Associate , prior Phlebotomy experience highly preferred , to assist our office in calling out TIQS, interpreting lab orders, and working as part of our medical team to assist physicians in San Antonio within this ongoing need--
- Seeking an experienced Medical FO or Patient Service Center who is familiar with lab orders, TIQs (Tests In Question)
- Laboratory information system (LIS)
- Customer & Patient support
- Dress Code: Business Casual
PAYRATE: $19.47/hr - $20.00/hr * ( Benefits start immediately upon hire - listed below)
SHIFT: Mon to Fri, 8a – 5p ( Full-time, 40 hours/week guaranteed)

Job Requirements:
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer phones from clinics, relay messages to leadership @ regional office
- Call in TIQs (Tests in Question)
- Interpret lab orders from physicians
- Provide exemplary Customer & Patient Service
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must have adept Medical Terminology / Medical knowledge
- Customer service skills
- At least 3 years' experience as Medical FO or Phlebotomist
- Reliable transportation
